Who we are

Quadrivium Academy Sihtasutus is a nonprofit foundation registered in Estonia under registry code 90015241, at Viru väljak 2, Tallinn. These terms govern this site and the programmes offered on it. Write to info@qda.ee with any question about them.

Your account

One account belongs to one person, and a seat in a programme is yours alone: it cannot be passed to someone else. Give an email address you can read, and keep your password to yourself; what happens under your account is yours to answer for. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has used it.

We may suspend or close an account that is used unlawfully, to harm other members, or to interfere with the site by attacking, scraping or overloading it, or that otherwise breaks these terms.

Programmes and payment

Some programmes, such as the AI Residentship, are paid. The price is shown before you pay and includes tax where tax applies. Stripe takes the payment on our behalf.

A subscription renews at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account, and it ends when the period you have paid for runs out.

We do not refund payments. The law gives you, as a consumer in the European Union, fourteen days from a first payment to withdraw; by subscribing you ask us to begin at once, so if you withdraw within those days we keep the share of the price for the days the programme was open to you and return the rest.

Beyond that, a refund is a matter of goodwill and at the Academy's discretion.

What we provide

We run the site and the programmes with care, but cannot promise they are never interrupted or free of faults. We may change or end a programme; if you have paid for one we end, we refund the part you did not receive.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer.

Content

The words, artwork and code of this site belong to the Academy or to their authors, except where a licence says otherwise. What you share within a programme stays yours; you allow us to show it to the other members it was shared with.

Law and disputes

Estonian law governs these terms. Disputes go to the Harju County Court in Tallinn, without taking from you the right, as a consumer in the European Union, to bring a claim where you live. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/odr.

Changes

We may change these terms. A change that matters we announce by email fourteen days before it takes effect; using the site after that means you accept it.
